Hi, I’m Jade!
I'm glad you're here. Let me tell you how this started…

I spent years in those gears — the ones built by paralyzing perfectionism and a culture that treats burnout like a badge.
So I white-knuckled it. From the outside I was doing great. I performed. I drove results. I was a “boss babe” (ew).
But inside, I felt hollow. I figured everyone else had a setting I’d been born without.
It wasn’t until my late 30s for anyone to name what was underneath: decades-long undiagnosed ADHD.

Under all the masking and overachieving, no one would ever have detected it.
What nobody tells you about ADHD is it’s not only about regulating attention. It’s about regulating emotion, the nervous system, the basic mechanics of getting through a day. Getting dressed. Answering an email. Deciding what to eat. All of it took more out of me than it should have, and for years I had no name for why.
Then, the shame storm rolls in. You start believing something is broken in you specifically — not that your brain runs on different wiring, just that you’re failing at things that seem to come easy to everyone else. And if you could only count on one hand the number of times you started a sentence with “why can’t I just” in a day, it was a good day.

After thirty-something years of the biggest hater living in my head, it was a combination of things that lifted the fog. Therapy. Meditation. Movement. Tarot — used as a mirror not a crystal ball — a way to tune in and ask myself the right questions. I was listening for the voice that had been buried under the noise for years.
Cannabis was that sleeper piece (literally). It helped me deepen my connection to the voice and function from a grounded place. For the first time in my life, I was able to hear her without the static. And she told me to start a wellness brand starring cannabis, so here we are.
I find purpose in putting the things I need out into the world for others who might need them too. Thank you for hearing my story. I’m glad you’re here.

Why it's called a collaborative
Okay, pardon me while I climb up on my tiny soapbox for a second...
I’m a believer that change starts in the mirror — with you getting right with you. When you’re right with you, you grow your capacity to extend grace to others. You give off something different. People can feel it.
When the energy you’re projecting is positive, you receive more positive feedback from your environment.
When it’s negative, the ripple moves in that direction — “hurt people hurt people” — until it lands on someone with a higher capacity to give grace. That’s when the energy shifts back toward the positive.
Collectively, the more we can get right with ourselves, the better we can be to each other.
Together, we propel the energy toward the positive. It takes all of us. This is The Collaborative.
Hills I die on
-
We are all connected.
We’re connected by more than the distractions that divide us. Wherever you are, whatever language you speak, everyone wants the same things. Rest. Safety. Somebody who's glad to see you when you get home.
-
Human rights transcends borders.
People are people wherever they were born. Abolish ICE. Free Palestine. If that costs me a sale, I can live with it.
-
Earth is home to everyone.
We'd get further protecting the place we all live than fighting over lines in the dirt.
